As an independent project planning & development consultant, Mr. Carmack when called upon can bring years of executive level managerial skills and expertise to the planning and implementation of our planned rural Georgia PeaceZone Empowerment Network Project Support Centers. These centers will be the local hubs through which Empowerment Network Public Relations, LLC will introduce PeaceZone Empowerment Network's Strategic Consulting Services and international affiliates programs and technology to rural Georgia communities. Mr. Carmack has special administrative knowledge and expertise relating to Broadband fixed wireless communications projects. This is an area of particular interest to our PeaceZone Empowerment Network's plans and projects addressing the technonolgy 'Digital Divide' issues.      

Executive Managerial Expertise
July 1985 - January 2001 - Nortel Networks
 
Senior Global Operations Manager: Responsible for the installation, provisioning and testing of multiple Nortel Optical Networks, global and domestic footprints; Managed and directed approximately sixty (60) direct report technicians which included an administrative support staff of five; 
 
Mr. Carmack's Project Management responsibilities included the early identification of problems that could jeopardize the successful completion of a project and taking the necessary effective corrective action and planning to resolve customer concerns.

His additional responsibilities included providing advice and guidance to other line managers and team members, as well as providing training certification requirements and writing employee performance reviews;
 
Mr. Carmack served as part of the Global Customer Care Services Team and the Core Executive Management Team. His responsibilities included employee development and training, with emphasis on Core Values, Mission and Vision Statements; Customer Loyalty and Employee Satisfaction Statistics. The teams he served on were also responsible for the roll out of all Human Resource Department policies and procedures as well as any department culture changes.

PeaceZone Empowerment Network Rural Georgia Project Support Centers

Empowerment Network Mission – Establish Community based PeaceZone Empowerment Network Project Support Centers in target Rural Georgia towns and farm communities. 
 
Purpose: To introduce Empowerment Network Public Relations, LLC's services; Business & Legal Planning strategic consulting services supporting development projects undertaken on behalf of clients in the target rural community served and; to assist in organizing logistical and admin support for projects arranged and turnkey plant and state of the art technology required sourced by Empowerment Network Public Relations, LLC for a clients' various types of infrastructure development projects, including affordable housing developments to be undertaken and financed.  
 
Vision

PeaceZone Empowerment Network Management Teams and Consultants service and support project development by combining their expertise to create 'Empowerment Synergies' mobilizing rural community resources, and sourcing and integrating technological inputs specific to the project to be undertaken. 

Our intention is not only to ensure that all services and technology provided are cost effective and meet the specific needs of the rural client’s project, but to also provide the tools and resources so the target community entrepreneurs and residents can play a meaningful part in the project development. click here for service info 

Experience, Education & Certifications
 
Mr. Carmack has over thirty years of combined experience in Corporate America, U.S. Government, legal environments, business management, human resource administration as well as project management, coaching, mentoring and management team building.
 
Military: Served as a Non-Commissioned Officer in the United States Air force from 1965- 1969 (Southeast Asia from 1965 - 1966); Attended the United States Army, Drill Sergeant’s Academy from 1970 – 1971.
 
Education & Certifications: Attended Pace University as a Business Major; Graduated from the National Center of Paralegal Training; Executive Certification in Negotiations from the University Notre Dame in May 2010; Certifications in Project Management from George Washington University; Certified Settlement Consultant for Mediation and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR); Mastery in Corporate Senior Management Leadership; A Personal Profile System (DiSC) Dimensions of Behavior facilitator and also a Train The Trainer “Seven Habits of Highly Effective People” (Stephen R. Covey) facilitator.
